It is hereby notified for public information that the following persons are appointed as Bushfire Control Officers for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, to administer the provisions of the Bush Fires Act 1954 and Regulations pursuant to section 38(1).

Authorizes general retail shops in Kalgoorlie-Boulder to open on Saturday 26 December 2020 from 9.00am until 2.00pm.
Appoints Corinna Smith and Charlotte Huckerby as authorised officers and Amanda McDonald as registration officer for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Requires land owners/occupiers in City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder to clear firebreaks by October 1, 2020, and maintain them until April 30, 2021.
