Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 november 2022 at acacia living group, menora gardens retirement village, 51 alexander drive, menora in the state of western australia, are required by the trustee anthony michael fifield to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 month of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
