Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on [contact details redacted] John of God Hospital, Bunbury in the State of Western Australia, are required by the trustee Anthony Michael Fifield, c/- Avon Legal, Suite 7, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 month of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
