Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 December 2020 at 6 Horley Street, Bayswater, Western Australia, are required by the trustee Anthony Michael Fifield, c/- Avon Legal Suite 7, 9 The Avenue, Midland, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 month of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
