The legal costs committee has made the legal profession (solicitors costs) determination 2021 under division 5 of part 10 of the legal profession act 2008. The determination comes into operation on 1 july 2021. The solicitors costs determination 2019 does not apply to business carried out by law practices after the commencement of this determination.
