These regulations amend the Bail Regulations 1988, the Children’s Court (Fees) Regulations 2005, the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005, the Cross-border Justice Regulations 2009, and the Magistrates Court Regulations 2005, and the Magistrates Court (Fees) Regulations 2005 to include family violence restraining orders.
