Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 10a of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby cancel notice ma401 as published in the government gazette on 6 april 2018—matagarup bridge: all the waters of the swan river within 300 metres upstream and downstream of the matagarup bridge as delineated by lit and unlit yellow special marker buoys.
