Jason Banks, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Environment Regulation, delegates powers and duties under the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, Licensing and Approvals; Director, Environmental Sciences; Senior Manager, Contaminated Sites; and Manager, Contaminated Sites, excluding the power of delegation and powers under section 53(4) of the Act. Delegation No. 15 gazetted 16 May 2014 (EV406) is revoked.
