Order made under the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 24(2) by the Governor in Executive Council. Describes the Port of Ashburton consisting of land, seabed, and water areas depicted on Deposited Plan 426197 and Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 401881. Revokes the Port Authorities (Description of Port of Ashburton) Order (No. 2) 2014.
