Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, and Regulation 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following waters to all vessels and prohibit swimming within the following area—location: All waters of the Indian Ocean bounded by the shoreline and a line commencing on the shore at 24°52.664′S, 113°37.380′E (approximately 50 metres north-west of the old One Mile jetty).
