It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Chapman Valley Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 April 2023 for the purpose of— (a) reclassify Lot 4 (No. 4) Post Office Lane, Nabawa from 'Civic and Community' to the 'Residential' zone with a density coding of R10; (b) include Lot 4 (No. 4) Post Office Lane, Nabawa in Schedule 1 Additional Uses; and (c) modify the Scheme map accordingly.
