It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Chapman Valley Local Planning Scheme amendment on 6 June 2023 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning 14 on diagram 18476 Chapman Valley Road, Yuna from local scheme reserve 'civic and community' to the 'rural townsite' zone. (b) modifying the scheme map accordingly.
