It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of chapman valley local planning scheme amendment on 5 september 2023 for the purpose of— (a) deleting the 'special control area 1—oakajee industrial zone and buffer (sca 1) zone from lot 100 (volume 1655/folio 187 dp302726); and (b) modifying the scheme map accordingly.
