Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MX402 as published in the Government Gazette on 10 November 2006 and prohibit swimming within the following area: Mandurah Ocean Marina. The closure does not apply to approved aquatic events or diving and swimming operations approved by the Department of Transport, Maritime.
