Under the powers conferred by the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 24 March 2020 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Mandurah Animals Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2020.

Requires landowners in the City of Mandurah to complete fire prevention work by 17 November 2026 and maintain it until 31 May 2027.
Amends the City of Mandurah Local Government Property and Public Places Local Law 2016 to update definitions and regulations.
Announces the City of Mandurah's approval of The Bridge Garden Bar and Restaurant venue, subject to appeal within 21 days.
Requires landowners in the City of Mandurah to carry out fire prevention work by November 17, 2020 and maintain it until May 31, 2021.
