Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47 of the Partnership Act 1895 that the partnership previously subsisting between millenium ag pty ltd (acn 104 107 539) as trustee for the p trust and the n trust respectively and jpmg nominees pty ltd (acn 116 277 760) as trustee for the j trust carrying on the business known as “millenium ag” was dissolved by mutual consent as from the close of business on 6 august 2020, between the continuing partners being the p trust and the n trust and the retiring partner being the j trust.
