It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Plantagenet Town Planning Scheme amendment on 6 August 2017 for the purpose of incorporating Lot 462 Mitchell Street, Mount Barker into Schedule 2—Additional Uses of the Scheme Text and amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
