These regulations are the stamp amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ when the transport (road passenger services) act 2018 section 303 comes into operation. These regulations amend the stamp regulations 2003. Delete regulation 7(c).
