These regulations are the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement amendment regulations 2019. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations when the transport (road passenger services) act 2018 section 303 comes into operation. These regulations amend the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement regulations 1994. In schedule 1 delete the item relating to the taxi act 1994.
