Order made by the Minister under section 266(1) of the Health Services Act 2016, cited as the Health Services (Reserve) Order 2023. This order comes into operation on the day on which Part 2 of the Health Services Amendment Act 2023 comes into operation. Changes the management body of eligible Crown land to the Ministerial Body. Schedule 1 is available for inspection at the Department of Health, Royal Street, East Perth.
