The council of the City of Greater Geraldton resolved on 23 November 2021 to make the following local law: amends the City of Greater Geraldton Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2020, replacing the definition of ‘authorised person’, deleting and replacing clause 5.5 regarding leaving animals or vehicles in public places, and replacing definitions of ‘protected fauna’ and ‘rare fauna’ with ‘protected flora’ and ‘rare flora’.
