In the matter of the estate of James Frederick Rowlands, late of 19 Ewing Street, Augusta in the state of Western Australia deceased (“deceased”). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd day of February 2013, are required by the trustee, Alan Jeffrey Thomas, to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Western Australia, by the 26th day of February 2018, after which date the said trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
