In my capacity as Bond Administrator within the meaning of section 3 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (‘the Act’), I revoke all previous and appointments made under the Act and I provide as follows— I appoint the holder or holders from time to time of the positions listed in the Schedule as authorised agents for the purposes of Schedule 1, clause 1 of the Act.
