These regulations amend the State Superannuation Regulations 2001. Changes include deleting regulation 47(5), amending regulation 48(1) regarding death benefits, amending regulation 80A and 125 regarding early release for temporary residents departing Australia, amending regulation 231 regarding procedure after close of nominations, amending regulation 240 regarding appeals, and amending Schedule 1 to include the Economic Regulation Authority.
