These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002. The amendments relate to updating references to the Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 and the Department of Parks and Wildlife to the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
