In the estate of Khadijah Binte Mohamed Nor late of 85 Willowdale Promenade, Piara Waters in the State of Western Australia, Office Administrator, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 June 2023, are required by the executor, Sarah Aisha Torres of 85 Willowdale Promenade, Piara Waters in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
