Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 28 may 2017, are required by the administrator, janice maree taylor care of lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa, 6943 to send particulars of their claims to her by 11 december 2017, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
