The council of the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup resolved on 27 November 2024 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2024. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 14 June 2017.
