The council of the Shire of Merredin resolved on 29 July 2025 to make the following local law: This local law is cited as the Shire of Merredin Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2025. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. Clauses 4.7 to 4.9 are added to the Shire of Merredin Local Government Property Local Law 2002.
