CE401 CEMETERIES ACT 1986 ALBANY CEMETERY BOARD Fees and Charges In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Albany Cemetery Board hereby records having resolved on the 24th day of May 2017 to set the following fees and charges effective from 1st day of July 2017.
