Given by the board for the purposes of section 164 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 8 february 2022, the governor, acting under section 164 of the workers’ compensation and injury management act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council, exempted elite customer solutions pty ltd from the obligation to insure pursuant to that act, except for the obligation to insure against liability to pay compensation under that act for, or to pay damages in respect of, any industrial disease of the kinds referred to in section 151(a)(iii) of that act. This exemption ensures elite customer solutions pty ltd is included as part of the bp australia pty ltd’s exempt employer approval.
