Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The order establishes the Waru Waru Hill Historical Protected Area, defines its boundary, and specifies conditions for activities within the area, particularly concerning BHP Group Limited. The Waru Waru Hill Aboriginal Art Site Protected Area Order 1975 is revoked.
