Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is South West Creek Area. The boundary of the South West Creek Area protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425818. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
