It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 december 2017 for the purpose of— 1. rezoning lot 4 (12) russ street from ‘rural residential’ to ‘light industry’. 2. rezoning lot 631 (10) russ street from ‘special use—s10’ to ‘light indurstry’. 3. rezoning lot 634 (17) conway street from ‘rural’ to ‘light industry’. 4. amending appendix 3—special sites schedule to remove all text relating to map reference s10; and 5. amend the scheme maps accordingly.
