These regulations amend the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Regulations 1992. Updates are made to regulation 3 and regulation 4 regarding rating years and associated amounts.

Proposes that Lot 3001 on Deposited Plan 428988 version 1 cease to be State forest under the Conservation and Land Management (Changes to State Forest No. 56) Order 2026.
Assigns administration of the Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026 to the Minister for Early Childhood.
