It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Nedlands Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 15 September 2025 for the purpose of rezoning Pt. Lot 101 Monash Avenue, Nedlands and Pt. Lot 102 Monash Avenue, Nedlands from the ‘Residential’ zone to the ‘Mixed Use’ zone.
