It is hereby notified for public information that the notice under the above local planning scheme amendment, published on page 301 of the government gazette no. 18 dated 20 february 2026, contained errors which will now be corrected by replacing as follows— to read— 13. rezone lots from mixed use to residential and neighbourhood centre in accordance with the proposed zoning map.

Adopts Health Local Law fees for the City of Nedlands for 2026-2027, to be implemented from September 14, 2026.
Exempts City of Nedlands from insurance obligations under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases.
Appoints Chaminda Mendis as an authorised officer for the City of Nedlands under the Local Government Act 1995 and the City of Nedlands Waste Local Law 2016, and cancels the appointment of Glen Carroll.
