At the City of Nedlands Special Council Meeting of 12 August 2026, pursuant to section 344C(2) of Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, Council adopted City of Nedlands Health Local Law fees contained within the City of Nedlands Schedule of Fees and Charges 2026-2027. The City of Nedlands gives notice of its intention to implement these fees from 14 September 2026.
