Made under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 section 2(e) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation 2022. The following provisions of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 come into operation on 18 June 2022.
