Made under the arts and culture trust act 2021 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the arts and culture trust act 2021 commencement proclamation 2022. The arts and culture trust act 2021, other than sections 1, 2, 3 and 6, comes into operation on 1 july 2022.
