Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Killagurra Spring Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Killagurra Spring. The boundary of the Killagurra Spring protected area consists of the area labelled 'H' on Deposited Plan 425271.
