Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Peedamulla Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Peedamulla. The boundary of the Peedamulla protected area consists of Lot 17 on Deposited Plan 425848 and the area labelled 'H' on Deposited Plan 425849. The Peedamulla Sacred Store House Protected Area Order 1976 is revoked.
