Notice Text

Made under the covid-19 response and economic recovery omnibus act 2020 section 8 by the acting chief executive officer of the department of transport. This order is the covid-19 response and economic recovery (vessel accommodation fee relief) order 2021. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day.
