The council of the Shire of Carnarvon resolved on 25 May 2021 to make the following local law under the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This is the Shire of Carnarvon Cats Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Carnarvon Local Law Cat Control 1997 is repealed.
