It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of carnarvon local planning scheme amendment on 5 april 2019 for the purpose of— 1. amending appendix no. iii—schedule of additional uses by inserting the following— zone special property description additional uses classification conditions a5 portion of lot 36 on intensive the following uses n/a diagram 55640 (161) horticulture are ‘sa’ uses; north river road, north radio/television plantations. installation. and 2. amending the scheme map accordingly.
