Made under the Road Traffic Amendment (Driving Offences) Act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Road Traffic Amendment (Driving Offences) Act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018. The Road Traffic Amendment (Driving Offences) Act 2018, other than part 1, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
