Pursuant to regulation 48A(1) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, Notice MA408 published in the Government Gazette on 20 December 2013 is cancelled and the area of water for waterskiing in Koombana Bay is set aside. Water skiing shall be in an anticlockwise direction and is only permitted within the hours of sunrise and sunset only. This notice is valid from the date of publication.
