Pursuant to section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel part (4) of Notice MA402 published in the Government Gazette on 20 December 2013 and restrict the speed of all motorized vessels to 8 knots in the Bunbury Outer Harbour area described. This notice is valid from the date of publication.
