Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2021. 2. Regulations amended This Part amends the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014. 4. Regulation 10 amended In regulation 10 delete “11.33%” and insert: 10.08% 5. Regulation 15 amended In regulation 15 delete “11.33%” and insert: 10.08% 6. Regulation 28 amended In regulation 28(1) delete “12%” (each occurrence) and insert: 11.75% 7. Regulation 28A deleted Delete regulation 28A. Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2021 Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Part 2 Regulations 2014 amended r. 8 8. Schedules 1 to 7 replaced Delete Schedules 1 to 7 and insert: Schedule 1 — Charges for Bunbury Water Corporation [r. 7] Division 1 — Service charges 1. Service charges for 2021/22 and subsequent years The charges set out in this Division apply for water supply services provided in the 2021/22 financial year and each subsequent year. 2.
