Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2021. 2. Regulations amended This Part amends the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014. 4. Regulation 10 amended In regulation 10 delete “11.33%” and insert: 10.08% 5. Regulation 15 amended In regulation 15 delete “11.33%” and insert: 10.08% 6. Regulation 28 amended In regulation 28(1) delete “12%” (each occurrence) and insert: 11.75% 7.
