Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA407 as published in the Government Gazette on 26 November 2013 and reopen the following waters to motorised vessels—lake dumbleyung: all waters of lake dumbleyung and the coblinine river.
